Come meet Jeanerpeton mazonensis , a newly named 309 million year old amphibian ancestor from the famous Mazon Creek fossil beds in Illinois. Visitors will also meet Cam So, PhD, a Field Museum Postdoctoral Research Fellow who will discuss this fossil's fascinating history and uncover what Jeanerpeton can tell us about the origins of modern amphibians.
