Celebrate Halloween a little early at the library with a Halloween-themed storytime. Children ages 0 - 5 can come dressed in their costume for some spooky (and not so spooky) stories and songs. Afterward, they can trick-or-treat at each department in the library and participate in some Halloween crafts and activities in youth services.
