TMC works with young moms between the ages of 13-23, moving them from uncertainty to empowerment by offering support, resources, community, and hope. TMC does this through Community Connection Events and the TMC Program. While the foundation is rooted in faith, the organization's focus is on providing community and support to young mothers.
