On-Street Parking On-Street Parking near the library is free for two hours Monday-Friday and free on the weekends. Ottawa Street Parking Deck (SE corner of Ottawa and Clinton St/110 N. Ottawa St.) The City of Joliet is providing 2 hours of free parking for library patrons who park in the city's Ottawa Street Parking Deck.
