Join us for a vibrant "Papel Picado" program celebrating Hispanic Heritage month at the library. We will learn about the cultural significance of "Papel Picado", the colorful decorative paper art traditionally used in celebrations throughout Hispanic communities. Caregivers are welcome to attend to help their child with the project.
