The Waukegan Park District is hosting Haunted Canvas on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 6pm to 8pm at the Belvidere Recreation Center, located at 412 S. Lewis Avenue. Follow along with guided instruction to create a Halloween-themed painting while snacking on a delicious seasonal treat. Preregistration is required.
