The library’s Halloween Costume Exchange will return to the Children’s Area this fall. Donations of gently used costumes and costume accessories will be accepted. Take what you need, and leave what you can - these costumes are FREE and first-come-first-serve. Thank you to the Friends of WPL for coordinating this annual effort.
